Manual, Robotic, and spot welding

We offer many varieties of welding with advanced top of the line equipment. In house we have 5 welding stations for manual tig and mig welding. One dual Motoman cell with 9.5' reach and capable of 1,600lbs on each petition, one single Motoman cell, 2 Fanuc cells, and 1 OTC for robotic welding. All of which are accompanied with OTC power supplies and two windows or petitions. 2 projection spot welders, Thermal Arc 150 plasma welder, 2 Lincoln precision 275 and Lincoln Tig Aspect 372, for Tig processes with aluminum, stainless, and steel. Our welding capability is endless.

CNC Plasma/Router

5x10 Ez router, 4x8 Gerber Sabre router with a vacuum table, and Hypertherm Powermax 1250 plasma cutter.

Stainless, mild steel, aluminum, plastic, wood, and more.

VMC Milling

Hurco cat 40 VMC, 50" travel table with ridged tapping.

Forming

35T brake press, accupress/sheer 1/4 x 6', and 5' rolling presses. Radial drilling and tapping.
